Our latest innovation through our R&D is the plucking/rubber fingers, used for chicken de-feathering machines. We have various sizes, quality and hardness to suit your needs. You can be using any de-feathering machines from Linco, Stork, Meyn, Bayle and SHT Engineering, we will definitely have the right type of plucking fingers you need!

We are currently at our final stages of R&D and finalizing our formulation and mould design for our rubber finger project. At the moment, we aim and strive to create high quality rubber finger for the poultry industry around the world. Our first phase will kick-off during early 2009, we are currently targeting the local poultry market first before we head on to supply to the overseas market.

Goodlife Elastomer has produced and distributed rubber products for a variety of industries including Automobiles, Piping and a variety of industrial applications. We are able to provide you with small prototype/trial runs to full production with very short turn around to satisfy your schedule.

You can choose from our standard line of mechanical products which include piping leap rings, rubber grommets, gaskets, oil seals, feet and o-rings. If we don’t have the right part for your application, you can take advantage of Goodlife Elastomer’s full range of custom manufacturing capabilities: R&D, custom molded parts, die cutting and fabrication and all with a full compliment of value added processes.

The Goodlife Elastomer has developed engineered synthetic and natural rubber compounds including Natural Rubber, Silicone, Nitrile, EPDM, Urethane, Polyurethane and Hydrogenated Nitrile. Many of these meet UL, FDA, ASTM and military specifications. Materials and processes are controlled to ISO 9001 standards. Our lean manufacturing practices assures you competitive pricing of high quality parts.

We are at our final stages at obtaining our ISO 9001 certifications, estimated by December, 2008 to early 2009.
